Homestead Exemption

Exemptions must be completed by March 15, 2024.

A Homestead Exemption is an exemption of $1,000 of the assessed valuation of your primary residence.

  • • Resident of Oklahoma

    • Homeowner who resides in the property by January 1

  • • In Person: You may apply at any time at the Beckham County Assessor’s Office at:

  • You are not required to renew Homestead Exemption so long as you still reside in the property and the deed has not changed.
