Agriculture Exemption Card
The benefit to filing for this permit is not having to pay sales tax on farm supplies and equipment which is purchased for use on the farm.

EXM# on the card
Any information you may want changed
If Applying For New:
Schedule-F (farm profit/loss tax information)

Click “Agricultural Exemption — Apply or Renew under “Businesses” (applies to businesses AND individuals)
Enter information as required
RECEIVING YOUR CARD
If approved:
Receive two cards by mail from the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) usually within 10-14 business days
If denied:
Receive letter from OTC with details
